EVChargersMap provides a service that displays charging station locations on a map, allowing users to bookmark selected charging stations. The service utilizes open-source charging station data and Apple Maps data.

User Conduct

Users agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms of Service. Users shall not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

Intellectual Property

App and Content: The App and its content, including but not limited to software, text, images, and data, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Data: The charging station data used in the App is open-source, and the map data is provided by Apple Maps. Users may legally use this data, but may not infringe upon any rights associated with such data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Data Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the data provided, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data.

Service Interruption: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable terms of the Apple App Store.

Paid Subscription

Subscription Service: Users may subscribe to remove ads from the App.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled by the user before the end of the current subscription period.

Refunds: Except as required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
