Welcome to Decibel Meter PRO (“App”), provided by [@FlashPea Studio] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Decibel Meter PRO is designed to measure sound levels and analyze noise using your device’s sensors. The App is intended for both casual and professional use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The App may access and collect the following types of data: • Location Data – to provide accurate environmental readings. • Microphone Access – to measure sound levels. • Health Data – if you enable integration with Apple HealthKit.

We use third-party services that may also collect and process your data: • Google AdMob – for displaying advertisements. • Google Analytics – for analyzing usage statistics. • Apple HealthKit – to optionally integrate with health-related features.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or be integrated with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of any third-party services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App. • Exploit or misuse the App in ways that violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
